On Sep 12, 2024, the 3-day VSM-workshop lean training camp custom-built by ZENZISS for Yuwell Kailite officially opened. Instructor Zhang started from the knowledge framework of value-stream mapping, combined with actual production conditions, leading everyone to draw value-stream maps and hold group discussions to identify on-site improvement points and plan the next steps.
Enthusiasm and engagement were high. The methodology accumulated through hands-on practice is expected to keep running in participants' daily work — uncovering more improvement points and eliminating waste.
