The two-day AI-driven manufacturing training camp in Suzhou has concluded. Participants came from foreign-invested and private manufacturing companies near Suzhou, holding positions in HR, administration, production management, quality management, process engineering, lean manufacturing, marketing, IT, and operations. There were also instructors from the consulting industry. Participants went from hearing about AI to actually using it in practice and achieving results, personally experiencing how AI improves our work and lives. They also reflected on how AI is merely an external assistant to our human brain; the quality of AI's task completion depends entirely on our ability to train it. You need to provide AI with the processes and standards for completing tasks and continuously allow it to review and improve its skills. AI tools and models are constantly iterating, and we can never keep up with the latest ones. However, we can master the paradigm of human-machine collaboration. Mastering this paradigm allows us to transfer our skills from using one model to another.
